1. Feature:
This equipment is automatically loaded on On—Line and if loaded on the pitch conveyor of equipment, the rack gear goes upward by the turning device sensor, by which causes the material to be tested to move pitch by pitch and place it on the demagnetization conveyor after magnetization and testing.
The material is automatically unloaded on the standby station after passing demagnetization lair blow process.

2. Application:
All processes exception for testing are automatically done using a detector only for the Lack bar, and this
equipment is suitable for mass testing of materials with similar outer diameter and length.

3. Magnetization method:
Simultaneous magnetization method by axle current and coil, and coil is applied to only the rack gear part for the rack bar.
